FUCK YES.

I’m getting back in control. I just had to eat Ramen, and I stayed strong. I only ate about two regular bites. Cutting it up really does work. I made sure to eat slowly, and drink A LOT of water. I’m fucking proud, because this is the best I’ve done in days. I then gave the rest to my little brother, because I was full.
